Embedded content from other sites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, content published on social networks, etc.).
Embedded content from other sites behaves in the same way as if the visitor were visiting that other site. These websites may therefore collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking tools, and track your interactions with this embedded content if you have a logged-in account on their website. To find out more, please refer to the legal notices and privacy policies of these sites.
Statistics and audience measurement
To measure the audience of our site, we use the third-party service Google Analytics, which may leave a cookie in your browser to identify, for example, future new visits you may make to the site, and thus distinguish new visitors from others. The information collected by this third-party tool does not enable us to identify you.
Our web site administrators can consult these statistics, which remain anonymous. Please note that our host collects anonymous statistical data in order to measure the overall audience of our site for its own analyses, to monitor the security of its servers and, where applicable, to bill us for the use of bandwidth by visitors to our site.
The lifetime of a connection cookie is from two days to 1 year. If you check “Remember me”, your connection cookie will be kept for 1 year. If you delete cookies from your browser, the connection cookie will be deleted.
Site access security tool (third party)
Security audit logs containing connection information and site activity are stored in the cloud. These logs include the IP address and, if the information has been transmitted, the contact information linked to the form. For security reasons, this data is stored for between 30 days and 12 months.
Similarly, another third party, in charge of storing so-called “cache” data, stores this data on the cloud for 7 days via a CDN, which may include: IP, referer, connection location and internet service provider.
Use and transmission of your personal data
When you use a contact form on this site to send us information, this information is stored in our messaging system. By default, we do not share your personal information with anyone. However, we may use them when we are actually working on your file, after a commercial relationship without any link or existence on this site.
Your rights to your data
If you have sent us a message using one of the site’s contact forms, you can ask to receive a file containing all the personal data we hold about you on this site, including the data you have supplied to us. You can also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not include data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Transmission of your personal data
The server hosting our website is located in France. As such, any data concerning you that is hosted on this site is stored on European territory. Nevertheless, and although the service providers concerned are directly concerned by and governed by the rules applicable in the European Union, please be aware that your information may be transferred outside the European Union. European data protection law requires that the data of European residents transferred outside the European Union be protected under the same conditions as if they were in Europe.
For example, statistical tracking data (via Google Analytics) is transferred to secure processing and storage servers that may be located anywhere in the world (cloud technology). Similarly, data sent via a contact form, known as transactional e-mails (Mandrill system), transit via secure servers that may be located anywhere in the world. This latter service does not store the content of messages sent, but it does keep a record of their passage (sender address, dates, times).
Lastly, messages sent by visitors via contact forms are verified using an automated service to detect the sending of undesirable messages (Google captcha). This service may analyze your IP address and your behavior when filling in and sending the form, with the sole aim of preventing “spam” messages being sent to us.

How we protect your data
Access to site administration involves a number of protection and warning devices linked to the connection. For example, only site administrators have access to data (known as “logs”) linked to contact forms. In addition to a password management policy whose number of digits is higher than recommended, and which respects the rules of good security practice, administrators have limited access to the use of double authentication.
The system and site functionalities are updated several times a month to ensure that the most recent and secure configurations are always available.
Third-party services that transmit data to us
If your website receives user data from third-party sources – including advertising sources – this information should be included in the third-party data section of your privacy statement.
